Speed & Agility Training Schedule

An IU Sports Performance Coach will be coming to your training field during this date and time.  The coach will run the teams sharing a training field through a set of basic Speed and Agility activities to teach you how to properly incorporate this training into your own sessions throughout the season.  They will be giving each USAi head coach a packet that details how to develop, progress, and coach speed and agility for your travel team this season.
