December 4, 2007 Tree Planting

 

Tree planting Norway Spruce ($3600) 12/4/2007 donated by Don Skiles, one tree in memory of Calvin Hudspeth and one tree in memory of Calvin Smith, long time Indy Parks maintenance employee.

Two of these trees were planted in memory of:

Late Calvin Smith, Indy Parks Eagle Creek Maintenance.  Calvin Smith was especially helpful to Pike Soccer Club and worked closely with Max Hudspeth, then Board member in charge of Northwestway Park fields.

Late Calvin Hudspeth, father of Max Hudspeth.  Max Hudspeth was involved in the initial planning of Mary & John Geisse Soccer Complex.  Max and Kathryn Hudspeth have donated over $75,000 to the MJGSC thus far and are long time Board members, Director of Coaching, parent volunteers.
