USAi REC ACADEMY for players and coaches, best in Central Indiana
The following sessions should be used as your rec team’s minimum one training / practice per week. Rec coaches are welcome to add a second training / practice per week for their team if they would like to. U5, U6, U7, U8, U10, U12, U14 rec and rec+ teams are only expected to train once per week. Rec coaches have the option to add a second independent team training session per week if they wish.

Note: “Format of Play” for U5-U6 is 3v3; U7-U8 is 4v4; U10 is 6v6; U12 is 8v8.
If your team cannot attend your scheduled time and day, you’re welcome to attend one of the other days/times with the same format of play.
USAi Rec Academy Training with Supervised Coaching – Spring 2013
Rec coaches will print and run the following training plans on this schedule. A professionally licensed USAi coach will supervise each of these sessions and float from team to team to assure the activities are being run properly.
