KidSafe Risk Management & Rec Coach Registration
All USAi coaches, licensed referees, Board members, managers, Commissioners, and volunteers complete a criminal background check every two years.
1. USAi Recreation Coaches for Tots, Rec U5-U12 and USAi Rec Plus U13-U18, register to coach each season.

Completing this form places your name in coaching pool to be assigned a team and you agree to have a back ground check completed. Please register for each age group(s) and gender that you are interested in coaching.

2. USAi Travel please contact USAi Soccer Director for coaching assignment. There is no on line registration to be added to a roster as coaches are added to rosters by USAi Administrator on IYS’s system.
3. Criminal Background Check Registration: Please complete the on line form when you are asked to do so by USAi Risk Management as background checks are performed each two years and NOT each season. The information needed for back ground checks includes date of birth and SSN. Background checks are completed by using a background check service. All information collected by USAi is only used for intended purposes and available only to appropriate USAi Board members.
