Each Goal must be anchored or sandbagged before you allow your children to play soccer.  There are extra sandbags near each of the three Paint sheds.  There have been at least 34 USA deaths associated with soccer goals since 1979.  Always secure goals in ground.  Never climb on goals.  Many of these deaths and injuries happen when children are moving goals.
